After the Gulf war ended, Bin Laden sees that U.S kept operating in the region, playing an active role in daily agendas and interfering in the country issues. And Bin Laden felt that Saudi Government was undermining Islam by entering capitalist in the country.
And till this time the situations between Bin Laden and Saudi Government has became sa intense that at a point of time in the 90’s he was expelled from the Saudi Arabia. Then Bin Laden went to Sudan and then to Afganistan. Till this time Bin Laden has formed Al-Qaeda and started a war against U.S.
