Board exam result 2025 : Passing criteria ICSE and ISC
For ICSE (10th) 33% overall marks are compulsory in every subject. And for ISC (12) 40% marks are compulsory in every subject and overall aggregate.
ISC student cannot appear in more than six exams. And is compulsory to pass in five exams out of six in which English is mandatory. If student fails in one or two exam he/she can fill compartment form to reappear in the failed subjects. Same is applicable for the ISCE students.
